Shipping & Handling

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched to your given address. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in our warehouse, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1- Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process

Customers may cancel orders placed on www.knocksportspk.com within 3 days after purchase.
To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at info@knocksportspk.com and provide order details.

Cancellation Fees

A 25% administrative fee, exclusive of delivery charges, will be applied to all cancellations. This fee covers processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

Customers will receive a refund for the total order amount, minus the administrative fee and delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is approved and acknowledged.

Exceptions

No cancellations are permitted for orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

Warehouse #6, Street #13, Rehman Purah, Lahore, Pakistan.
