BAT WARRANTY

Our company aims to provide unsurpassed products. For cricket bats, we select the finest English Willow for every relevant grade and then craft it into bats. Wood is a natural product and sometimes few irregularities can be expected as a routine matter. The bats that have been damaged due to improper use, bad shorts, poor, timing, playing at edges, or playing a yorker at toes do not come under any kind of warranty and cannot be replaced. Similarly, the poorly prepared bats or bats with modifications (done without the authorization of KNOCK SPORTS) cannot be replaced in case of any damage. The damage that occurs due to extreme weather conditions i.e. extreme moisture or extreme heat shall not be covered under any warranty. Water damaged bats i.e. by playing at damp pitches are also not covered under warranty.

The damage done by the use of non-leather balls, bowling machine balls, or composite balls is not covered under warranty. If there is a manufacturing fault in fixing the bat handle into the blade i.e. it is not fixed properly/firmly then we will replace the handle. The total freight cost will be handled by the client. Bats with damaged handles, cracks and other slight problems are to be repaired locally. A small crack is a normal phenomenon and it does not undermine the performance of the bat. A crack tells that the bat needs further oiling and knocking.
The look and appearance of the bat keep on changing after every game and it is not supposed to remain new forever, rather it deteriorates with time. It is not a lifetime product; its life depends upon the frequency and proper way of usage. It is pertinent to mention here that cricket bats are made of soft product
(English Willow) to be played with harder balls, so the proper use and proper care can ensure the bat’s life and durability. As we move towards the top grade willow, the wood goes on softer and softer; a G1 bat will be softer as compared to G3 or G4 bat and so on, hence it needs more careful handling and proper timing in the game and to be played with top-quality balls made of softer leather. A proof of purchase (a receipt or email communication) needs to be provided while claiming a warranty. Warranty can be claimed within the 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note: Bats purchased during the Knock Sports Sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No replacement or refund will be provided on sale items.

Shipping & Handling

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched to your given address. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in our warehouse, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 2- 4 business days via TCS OR M&P

1- Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

  • A 25% administrative fee, exclusive of delivery charges, will be applied to all cancellations. This fee covers processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

  • Customers will receive a refund for the total order amount, minus the administrative fee and delivery charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is approved and acknowledged.

Exceptions

  • No cancellations are permitted for orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

2- Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if the received goods are different from what was ordered, defective, or damaged.
  • All returned items must be in a saleable condition and returned with proper evidence, such as receipts, pictures, or videos.

Return Process

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Goods must be sent to the following address:
    Warehouse #6, Street #13, Rehman Purah, Lahore, Pakistan.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refund or Store Credit

  • Upon receiving the returned goods in saleable condition, a refund will be processed within 30 days or store credit may be issued for future purchases.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders within Pakistan are delivered using reputable courier companies or our own riders within 3-7 days. Delivery timelines are tentative and may be affected by events beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped using reputable courier companies. Delivery timelines vary and may be subject to delays due to customs or other external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for customs, duties, or additional taxes incurred during international delivery.
